Home care may require professional support for chronic conditions or patients needing long-term follow-up. After hospital discharge, many patients need regular care, monitoring and daily assistance while continuing treatment at home.

As Vitali Türkiye we provide safe, controlled home nursing and care aligned with the patient's condition and doctor's plan — including vital sign monitoring, medication management, mobilisation, bed-bound care, PEG feeding support, tracheostomy care, positioning, hygiene and family adaptation.

Regular observation is essential after hospital discharge, especially for tracheostomy, PEG, catheter or mobility limitations. Vitali Türkiye plans care individually for each patient.
