Professional support is often needed after intensive care, for chronic conditions or long-term follow-up. After hospital discharge, patients need regular care, monitoring and daily assistance at home.

As Vitali Türkiye we provide safe home nursing and care — vital sign monitoring, medication management, mobilisation, bed-bound care, PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, positioning, hygiene and family adaptation.
