I have used ÖMÜR’s service a few times. She is always quick to respond and very professional. This time she sent Sara who I have to say is the best nurse I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She’s genuinely kind and patient and nothing is too much trouble for her. I traveled alone and found I couldn’t manage anything without help. From changing dressings, getting dressed, buying food and helping with my luggage, Sara was always willing and ready to help. But better than that she is very smart and a great problem solver. She speaks English and Turkish and helped with translation in different situations. She just made my whole recovery period so much easier. I can’t thank her enough. Sara is also very interesting company as her English is really good and she has attended two different universities in two different countries so conversation was never stilted. I really felt like she was my younger sister. If you are looking for an amazing nurse. Ask for Sara. Your recovery will be blessed by her smile, her intelligence and her skills.

I was gifted with Mariyams company as my nurse for 24 hours.
She is beyond lovely, caring, funny and very empathetic. She knows exactly how to tend to your needs post operation, and always asks if you need anything.
I really enjoyed her company and her warm energy was lovely and cheerful.
She is a wonderful woman and couldn’t recommend her enough!
I travelled here alone for surgery so I am very glad with my experience hiring her.

Words cannot describe how truly cared for and looked after I felt. Sara was my companion, my friend, and my only source of support. I am forever grateful and thankful for both Omur and her team. Sara made sure I took my medications, walked, ate, and drank water. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone who is recovering from surgery - it is a very difficult journey.

We hired Omur's service and had a wonderful experience with Bita. I traveled with my daughter for her rhinoplasty, and while I was there to support her, having someone who spoke the language and could be an extra set of hands during her post-operative care made an enormous difference.
I honestly don't think I would have felt comfortable leaving my daughter alone that first night. She had a more difficult initial recovery than we expected, with quite a bit of nausea from the anesthesia, frequent vomiting, and significant bleeding from her nose. Having Bita there throughout the night to care for her while I was able to get some much-needed rest was invaluable.
Everyone responds differently to surgery, and because my daughter's recovery was a bit more challenging at first, Bita's support truly was a godsend. She translated conversations with the doctors and nurses, applied ice packs regularly, monitored my daughter's condition, and helped ensure she was comfortable.
One of the things I appreciated most was how carefully she cleaned my daughter's nose and then showed me exactly how to perform the post-operative care myself. The doctor's assistant had provided a video, but seeing Bita do it in person and being able to ask questions gave me so much more confidence that I was caring for my daughter correctly.
Beyond her medical support, Bita was simply a lovely person to have around. She was kind, calm, and easy to be with, and she even helped with everyday things like calling taxis and navigating logistics.
All in all, I cannot recommend this service highly enough. Having Bita with us gave us peace of mind during a stressful experience, and I am incredibly grateful for her care and compassion. -
I honestly can't recommend Ömür enough. I came to Turkey alone for my rhinoplasty, and having her stay with me for the first 24 hours after surgery made such a big difference.
She took care of everything with the hospital staff, which was a huge help because of the language barrier. I never had to worry about communicating or understanding what was going on.
She looked after me so well, icing my face every two hours, even waking up during the night to do it. She also did red light therapy and used lymphatic drainage machines on my legs, which really helped with recovery.
On top of that, she was just great company. I was really nervous about coming to Turkey by myself, but she made me feel so much more comfortable and supported.
I'm so grateful for everything she did, and I'd recommend her to anyone having surgery in Turkey. -

Hi all☺️ I cannot recommend my nurse Omur highly enough. For five days after my rhinoplasty, she became more than just a nurse—she became a sister, a caretaker, and an absolute lifesaver. From the moment she arrived, she took control of everything, allowing me to focus solely on my recovery. She was constantly attentive and compassionate, ensuring that I was always comfortable and well taken care of.
She handled all the essential aftercare for my nose with so much care and precision, which was a huge relief because I knew I was in good hands. But what truly made her extraordinary were the things she did beyond just medical care. She did my grocery shopping, cooked delicious meals, cleaned up the house, and even folded my clothes. She went with me to shop when I needed to get some things, making sure I had everything I needed 🙏🏽
As if that wasn’t enough, she even took the time to braid my hair, which may seem like a small gesture, but it was such a kind and thoughtful thing to do when I was feeling a bit low and unable to do much myself. Her attention to every detail and her willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference 🥹
I honestly don't think I could have made it through those first difficult days without her. She was worth every penny and so much more. Having her by my side made me feel safe, cared for, and able to recover without the stress of day-to-day tasks.

I wanted to thank ÖMÜR and staff so much! I cannot overstate the fact that she and her team were absolute lifesavers for me during my procedure and after. I made a very stupid decision to come to Istanbul by myself and thought that the nurses at my hospital would take care of me and that couldn’t be more far from the truth. The nurses working at the hospital do not take care of you! You definitely need a private nurse who is skilled to take care of you after surgery please do not make the same mistake I did and I can’t tell you how thankful I am for ÖMÜR! She is a very strong and beautiful and assertive woman who is very skilled at nursing and will take excellent care of you!
ÖMÜR immediately came to my rescue and took charge and told the nurses and staff how to properly take care of me and became my patient advocate. I was incredibly shocked in a good way about how assertive she is and how much she sticks up for patients. I come from America and our nurses treat us a certain way so I assumed the nurses in Turkey would also treat us the same way and that is not the case. You absolutely have to have someone with you during your recovery advocating for you.
I ended up hiring her for three days for what was a simple procedure because of the complications the hospital added to my recovery.
There is absolutely no way I would’ve been able to recover or make my way to my hotel or find my medicine without her help.
Even when we were walking from the hospital to my hotel, people were staring at me because of the bruises on my face, and she immediately took her own coat with a hood and put it on me to hide my face! She thought of everything! Including my own dignity!
My every need was taken care of, including making sure I got all my medicine and that my head was properly tilted, and then I had ice and then I was fed, even though I had no hunger.
She also coordinated with the hospital, who previously was not doing any aftercare for me.
I strongly urge you to book her for your surgery, especially if you were going to be here by yourself. Please don’t go here by yourself no matter what you read on social media. It has not been easy and it is so important to hire a private nurse.
Again, I cannot tell you how much of a lifesaver she and her team have been for me, she also has WONDERFUL STAFF NURSES who do an equally wonderful job, especially for an American, who is not used to the Turkish healthcare system and the way things work here.

I hired ÖMÜR for 24 hours after leaving the hospital for my rhinoplasty and she was truly amazing! She made sure I iced on time, cleaned my nose for me, checked my vitals, cooked, got me fruits. I truly appreciated the help. Even after leaving I would message her with questions or concerns and she answered me promptly and always had answers for me. I have already recommended her to others getting surgery in Istanbul! 10/10 service! Lovely lady!

Hey guys, I had my rhinoplasty on 4th February in instanbal and hired ÖMÜR as my nurse for 2 days. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her! She helped me so much, I was in a lot of pain after surgery and I was also vomitting from the anesthesia and she made sure I got the right medication to ease my symptoms. She stayed by my side, cooked me fresh meals and taught me how to clean my nose. I was so much better by the time she left and I would 100% recommend her, ecspecially if you are travelling alone! 🤍🤍

I had surgery on 10/4, 360fdl tummy tuck and extended arm lift.
I didn’t realise how much I’d need ÖMÜR! She came in took charge, thought of things I hadn’t and took such good care of me. She also took my 12yr old daughter to the shops.
I cannot say how grateful I am for her care!
I initially booked her for 2 full days with the possibility of adding a third day if needed.
I chose that extra day and I’m so glad I did!
I chose ÖMÜR because of the multiple positive reviews in this group.

Hello ladies I would like to personally recommend @ÖMÜR Turkey Nurse I had surgery yesterday she was so amazing she advocated for me. Made sure I knew how to complete my post op care. Helped me walk around made sure I ate. Even when my Iv medication was burning she made sure they fixed it. She is amazing!! She even was able to speak with the dr. Assistants for me Thank you @ÖMÜR Turkey Nurse make sure ladies book with her I don’t know what I would have done with out her

Hey guys! I had the most amazing experience with my nurse, Elif, during my rhinoplasty in Turkey. She was absolutely fabulous! Elif was always there early and on time, ensuring my schedule ran smoothly. Traveling alone to Turkey, I was nervous, but Elif made all the difference—she acted as my translator (which was huge), a wonderful helper, and even felt like a sister and mom rolled into one. She anticipated my every need without me having to ask, always available and proactive.
Elif wouldn’t let me lift a finger, taking the initiative to ensure everything was done perfectly. She kept me punctual with my medicine and icing, which was crucial for my recovery—I couldn’t have managed without her. She also went above and beyond by helping with my bags, unpacking, packing, and repacking them, and even served as my photographer. Plus, she kept in contact with my dad throughout the surgery, giving me and my family peace of mind. Her care made me feel so comfortable and at home, turning a daunting experience into a positive one.
There’s nothing I would change—everything was absolutely perfect. Elif is an absolute sweetheart, and I’m already planning to request her for any future surgeries because she’s simply the best. I wholeheartedly recommend Elif to anyone; you won’t regret having her by your side. Thank you, Elif, for everything—I owe you the world! I am writing to share my wonderful experience with Omur during one the most difficult times of my life. I had facelift surgery last week and Omur provided tremendous amount of care and support to me and my seven year old boy during this time. She is extremely hard working and a really genuine person. My son absolutely adored her and they became good friends. She is just one of those amazing and kind people who you would not forget ever! I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help after surgery. You will feel in safe hands with her.

I had my rhinoplasty last week and wanted to share my experience and leave a review for Omur.
She is absolutely amazing! hands down, I wouldn’t have been able to get through the recovery without her! I went to turkey to get the surgery alone and had so much anxiety beforehand, but Omur truly took care of me like I was family.
She kept my family updated on my recovery, made sure I stayed on top of icing and medications, and ensured I was eating properly. She even went above and beyond by making sure I had groceries, and was properly set up for recovery, and always checked in on me, not just as a nurse, but as a genuine friend.
Without Omur and her incredible services, I honestly don’t think I could’ve handled this experience on my own. I’m so thankful and appreciative of her support ❤️
I 100% recommend her to anyone considering surgery and looking for care. It’s such a relief to have someone who can advocate for you, especially someone who also speaks Turkish. I truly felt taken care of.

@Ömür Is. You are not only a skilled nurse, but also a truly kind person who cares far beyond the material side of things. When I messaged you in panic from the UK because my best friend was in hospital and not receiving the proper care, you responded immediately and with such compassion.
Your first question was direct and professional What is the name of the surgeon? I gave you the name and the hospital, and without hesitation you told me a nurse was already on the way. When I mentioned that my friend was with her son and worried about where he would sleep, you advised me to speak to the manager and then you went one step further and offered to handle it yourself.
You quickly created a WhatsApp group including me, my friend, her son, yourself, and the nurse. You arranged for her son to sleep at a hotel and for my friend to be cared for by the nurse overnight. The care she received was excellent , the nurse immediately began treating her wounds and sent us updates through the group, explaining the reasons behind my friend’s concerns. Thankfully, we learned it was not as serious as we feared.
Your swift action, empathy, and professionalism made a huge difference in a very stressful situation. I will leave the rest of the details for my friend to share herself, but I want you to know how deeply grateful I am for everything you did🙏🙌💖 -
Hi, I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Omur for the excellent service I received from her nurses, Karen and Byza. They were truly my guardian angels.
It all started when I sent a voice message to my friend saying I couldn’t open my eyes or stop vomiting. Not long after, Karen arrived. From the moment she walked in, she took charge with so much care, cleaning me up, asking how I was feeling, and requesting anti-sickness medication for me. She gave me water, helped me walk, brought me something to eat, and stayed awake all night looking after me.
Every time I woke up, she was there to give me water and encourage me to walk a little. I couldn’t see well because of the stitches stiching my eyes shut but with her help, moving around felt safe and easy. They we’re so attentive and caring, I truly don’t know what I would have done without them.

I used this service this week after my rhino and couldn’t be happier!!! I was alone and having Omur (one of the nurses) was a life saver. ِِEspecially since hospital nurses don’t sit with you all night + attention is split with other patients too. She took care of all the meds, pharmacy runs, icing, language barriers, did red light therapy, and leg massages throughout. I’d say def the first 24 hours are important.Anything after depends on your recovery + comfort level.

Hello - I just want to share my experience as well, I had Rhinoplasty and Breast lift with implants done.
I learned about Omur maybe a few weeks or so before my surgery, I was super glad I did because I had limited mobility when I woke up post surgery. Like I could not get up as easily or reach for things and this was so important because I got sick 🤢 multiple times from the anesthesia.
Omur was at the hospital room as soon as I got out and I was so glad she was there, because she immediately knew what to do. I hardly had any bruising from my Rhinoplasty and swelling only set on after I walked 4 miles exploring downtown Istanbul.
I do suggest to keep icing your WHOLE face even after the 3 days post op because my face started to swell up when I stopped icing and it went down again after I started icing my whole face when I got home.
Omur was also super organized, she was super attentive with making sure I took my meds, icing my face , taking me for walks , going grocery shopping , getting me food at the buffet, making me soup for dinner ( which was super delish BTW!!! ) , doing laundry for me, washing my hair , writing down my meds , listening to my pain queues to see if I needed more pain meds and most importantly I really appreciated her being there to communicate with the nurses and doctors.
Omur was such a professional and also warm and kind at the same time. I felt so taken care of and safe. She also played relaxing music at the hotel room because I did not even turn on the tv not once so that was nice of her to create healing vibes in the room.
Hiring Omur was 1000% worth it especially since I came alone. Don’t hesitate to hire her and feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.
